Cargo Van Driver – Expedite | CDL Drivers Welcome
Masterplan Trucking is hiring a dependable driver to run expedited freight in our late-model Ford Transit cargo van. No CDL required, but Class A and B CDL holders are encouraged to apply.
What we offer:
• 25%–30% of gross load revenue, based on experience
• 1099 independent contractor position
• Flexible schedule: you choose how long you stay out (most drivers run about 3 weeks out, 4 days home)
• Van, fuel card, and commercial insurance provided
• Van based in Franklin, TN
What you'll do:
• Haul time-sensitive freight regionally and cross-country
• Deliver on time and keep dispatch updated
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Handle BOLs and delivery paperwork
• Keep the van clean and report mechanical issues right away
What you need:
• Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
• Clean driving record (MVR check required)
• Ability to pass a pre-hire drug screen
• Expedite, cargo van, or OTR experience preferred
• Smartphone for dispatch and load updates
Open to drivers nationwide. You must be able to get to Franklin, TN to pick up the van.
