Safely operate vehicles during testing and evaluation activities. Follow assigned test procedures, routes, and instructions provided by the engineering team. Drive vehicles under different road, traffic, weather, and operating conditions. Monitor and identify abnormal vehicle behavior, sounds, warnings, or performance issues. Record and report test results and observations accurately. Follow all vehicle testing, safety, and company procedures. Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after testing. Communicate effectively with engineers and test team members regarding vehicle behavior and issues. Maintain accurate testing logs and documentation. Support additional testing activities as assigned by the engineering team. Required Qualifications Valid Michigan Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Strong and safe driving skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and test procedures. Good observation and communication skills. Ability to accurately document test results and observations. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently. Ability to work flexible hours based on testing requirements. Must be comfortable driving for extended periods and in different road conditions. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in vehicle testing, automotive testing, road testing, fleet operations, or automotive environments .
