Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to both pediatric and adult patients across a variety of diagnoses
Work primarily in a pediatric hospital outpatient setting, with adult inpatient coverage as needed
Deliver patient-centered treatment plans appropriate to each patient's age, diagnosis, and functional goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across outpatient and inpatient settings
Complete required documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Provide holiday coverage as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required
Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Must reside more than 25 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers are not accepted
Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 9 months prior to assignment start
Must commit to completing Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing the contract , in person in Minnesota on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date; travelers are responsible for all associated travel expenses
Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of contract signing; failure to comply may result in assignment cancellation

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working with pediatric patient populations
Familiarity with both outpatient and inpatient therapy settings
First-time travel therapists are welcome to apply
