The ideal candidate is a hands-on structural engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities:

• Lead structural projects from initial design through project closeout.
\n
• Design structural steel connections, building structures, foundations, stairs, and rails.
\n
• Perform structural analysis and calculations in compliance with IBC, ASCE, and AISC standards.
\n
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, fabricators, and internal teams.
\n
• Review drawings, calculations, and technical deliverables.
\n
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight.
\n
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
\n
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
\n
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience.
\n
• Experience managing structural engineering projects.
\n
• Strong background in structural steel and connection design.
\n
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
\n
