Part-Time Sales Receptionist

Job Type: Part-Time | Entry-Level
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Evenings & Alternating Saturdays ( See schedule breakdown below )

POSITION OVERVIEW

Dover Dodge is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Sales Receptionist to join our team!

As the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our dealership, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in gaining customer service experience in a professional environment.

No previous automotive dealership experience is required, we are happy to train the right candidate!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet customers as they enter the showroom and direct them to the appropriate sales representative or department.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist customers with general inquiries and provide basic dealership information.
• Communicate with sales staff regarding customer arrivals and appointments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and document organization as needed.
• Provide additional support to the sales and management teams as requested.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to work the required rotating evening and Saturday schedule.
• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required .

WORK SCHEDULE

This position follows an alternating two-week schedule:

Week 1:

• Monday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Week 2:

• Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Applicants must be available to work both alternating schedules .
