Level 3 Vehicle OperatorWe are hiring Level 3 Vehicle Operators to support an innovative autonomous ride-hailing program.In this role, you will operate and support test vehicles in real-world environments while ensuring safety, accuracy, and consistency. You'll work closely with multiple internal teams and play a key role in supporting the development and deployment of next-generation mobility technology.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for individuals who are disciplined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured environments.Schedule & ShiftsMultiple shift options available:Day Shifts: Early morning to afternoon (various start times)Evening/Night Shifts: Afternoon to late night (including overnight options)Workdays: Rotating schedules (Wednesday–Sunday through Saturday–Wednesday) Additional Pay - $29/hrWeekend shifts: +5% hourly bonusNight shifts (starting 1 PM or later): +2% hourly bonusWeekend night shifts: up to +7% total bonusKey ResponsibilitiesDrive test vehicles for extended periods (4–8 hours per shift) with a strong focus on safetySupport vehicle operations and mission executionPerform basic software and system-related tasks during operationsDocument observations, issues, and performance feedbackAssist with vehicle inspections, maintenance coordination, and readiness checksSupport logistics including vehicle movement, storage, and setupMaintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipmentCollaborate with internal teams including engineering and operationsWhat We're Looking ForValid driver's license with a strong driving recordAbility to drive for long durations while maintaining focus and attention to detailStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable with basic technology and troubleshootingReliable, proactive, and able to follow structured processesNice to HaveExperience in technical, testing, or operational rolesMilitary or disciplined work environment experienceTechnical education or hands-on experienceWhy This RoleBe part of a cutting-edge autonomous vehicle programGain exposure to real-world testing and operationsWork alongside cross-functional teams in a growing environmentConsistent full-time schedule with shift flexibilityHiring ProcessInitial virtual screening (approx. 45 minutes)Driving assessment
