Our successful repair shop is looking for an Automotive Service Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, writing up work orders, scheduling appointments, delegating work to technicians, writing estimates, obtaining customer authorizations, purchasing parts, creating an invoice including parts and service, calling customer when work is complete, billing out customers. This could include teaching the most effective ways to generate sales by checking cars, provide thorough follow-up, and close deals. You will be responsible for providing leadership to the crew to ensure sales goals are met.
It is important that the team is held to the highest ethical standards, and we expect you to support those standards and practices. If you have a proven track record of leading a successful team, we want to hear from you!
