Experienced Commercial/Civil Litigation Attorney for Drafting and Research

\n \nResponsibilities
\nResearch and drafting motions, memos, complaints, and other related projects for the Firm's practice areas, which include commercial and civil litigation matters such as
\nThe role may also include covering hearings and depositions, and interacting with clients
\n \nQualifications
\nQualified candidates must have:
\n* At least 10 years of experience, which may include a clerkship and work at reputable law firms known for their work quality
\n* Top academic credentials from both undergraduate and law school
\n* Ability to analyze complex legal issues and propose solutions
\n* Knowledgeable in all aspects of litigation from pre-trial investigation through and including trial
\n* Willingness to accept constructive criticism and work as a team player
\n* Experienced in all aspects of both federal court and state court practice
\n* Excellent research and writing skills
\n \nPreference will be given to candidates willing to work in our office although fully remote and hybrid candidates will be given full consideration
